Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study changes in cyclosporine A(CsA) concentrations in whole blood and pharmacokinetics in rabbats before and after oral administration of bifendate(BFD).METHODS Six rabbits were first single administered with CsA,concentration of CsA in whole blood in different time were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).after two days,BFD had been administered for four days, and the fourth day,CsA were oral administered,CsA were determined by the above method.RESULTS The diposition of CsA was conformed to two compartment model, after conbination with BFD,CsA concentrations in whole blood all decreased,AUC decreased( 0.05 P 0.01 ),Vc and Cl increased( 0.05 P 0.01 ).CONCLUSIONS BFD decreases CsA concentrations in whole blood.
