Abstract

The three rural issues(agriculture,countryside and farmers) have been the top priority to be considered by the Chinese governments and developing rural economy and increasing farmers' income have been the main task for the governments.It is believed that farmers' income is in a direct proportion to farmers' scientific knowledge,so rural vocational education will have to undertake this mission and tends to play an important role in helping farmers increase their income.
