Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of benign and malignant in breast lesions by enhanced MRI.Methods 60 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of the disease in patients with breast by MRI scan and dynamic enhanced inspections.Results The morphological features of the breast cancer performance irregular shape,strengthen and Burr ring levy.Benign breast lesions characteristic of a round or sub-fronds,whole-edge,strengthen and intensify after the uniform that low signal spacing.Benign and malignant lesions T1WI and T2WI signal strength no significant difference(P0.05);benign and malignant lesions enhanced edge of species distribution there were significant differences(P0.01);benign and malignant group early enhancement were significant differences(P0.01);breast cancer diagnosis rate of sensitivity,specifity and accuracy were 67.9%,77.8% and 72.5%.Conclusion MRI dynamic enhanced by video technology in the diagnosis of breast cancer have a certain value.
