Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 16-slices SCT angiography in occlusive disease of lower extremity arteries.Methods:Forty-eight suspected patients with sclerosis or occlusive disease of lower extremity arteries underwent 16-slices SCT during the arterial phase and 3D reconstruction. Results:There were six cases with occlusive of end of abdominal aorta,There were eleven cases with occlusive of iliac artery,There were twenty-one cases with occlusive of superficial femoral artery,There were six cases with strictured of superficial femoral artery,There were four cases with occlusive of popliteal artery. Conclusion:As an accurate and non-invasive angiographic technique,16-slices SCT is as valuable as DSA in the assessment of sclerosing and occlusive disease of lower extremity arteries.16-slices SCT can be used as substitute for DSA.
