Abstract
Objective:To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal trauma combined with severe craniocerebral injury. Method:Reviewed analysis of the clinical data of 150 patients with closed abdominal trauma combined with severe craniocerebral injury. Results:63 patients recovered completely in the group (42%), 57 survived with disability (38%), 30 patients died (20%). Conclusions:The clinical manifestation of closed abdominal injury combined with craniocerebral injury is not obvious. The successful rescue depends on multi-disciplinary co-operation, early diagnosis, proper treatment of intracranial hypertension and shock and timely surgical intervention.
