Current Condition and Development Tendency of Chinese Male Basketball Team Through Athens Olympic Games

This paper,with the methods of literature,investigating video,logical analysis and data statistics,studies offensive and defensive condition of China male basketball team in Athens Olympic Games.The results are as follow:The offensive and defensive strategies should be improved for Chinese male basketball team.The superiority of center in Chinese basketball team doesn't perform well.China basketball team neglects the relationship between the personal skill and the team strategy.The advantage of Chinese basketball team is put forward in this paper.In order to perform perfectly in Beijing Olympic Games,China basketball team should perfect the offensive and defensive strategies and form characteristic style,enforce defensive of team and versatility of player,improve the skill of guard and pay more attention to the development tendency for the world basketball sport.
