On the Position of "the Outline Constitution of Chinese Soviet Republic" in the History of Chinese Constitutionalism

Publishing and actualizing of the Outline Constitution of Chinese Soviet Republic is great constitutionalism experiment of CPC in local administration area. This is the first time in China that the moiling workers and peasants become the subject of human rights. The model of Soviet constitutionalism established by the Outline is the rudiment constitutionalism of New Democracy in China . Its principle of human rights protection through the Outline is important historical foundation of constitutionalism of New Democracy.
