The vision of Chinese Culture on the Contemporary Chinese Cultural Construction

Culture is the soul and mind foundation of a nation. It accumulates the deepest ideological pursuit and behavioral rules of a nation. For thousands years,Chinese traditional culture holds the continuousness of the Chinese ethnics and unity and strength of the state. Currently,the continuousness and development of the Chinese culture should focus on inheriting as well as innovating based on existing cultural tradition. That means Chinese cultural construction needs the nourishing from and roots in the nutritious earth of Chinese traditional culture. Meanwhile,because of tradition and reality,Chinese culture construction should be carried out with the policies of promoting Chinese culture as the mainstream and respecting multi-culture,instead of the policies of practicing multiculture only.
