Shape the “Ideal Personality” in Contemporary China

Abstract

In Chinese educational history, ideal personality is one of the fundmentalities and cores of Chinese traditional education, and was praised highly in every stage of history. In addition to being influenced by historical cultural value its formation and developments also go hand in hand with social reality. To study the ideal personality in Chinese history can be a great significance to establish Chinese current ideal personality and to lead to good spiritual pursuit.
