Improving the Functions of Experimenal Teaching to Accommodate the Requirement of Innovation Talents Training

With the development of education and teaching reform in universities and colleges,the role of experimental teaching in cultivating talents is becoming more and more important.Combining the need for innovation talents in building an innovation-oriented country,guiding by the Marxist epistemology and methodology,through studying the talents training functions of experimental teaching and analyzing the cause of that the students lack of practice ability and innovation ability is common in the cultivation of talents in university for a long time,and basing on the practice and effect of the experimental teaching content reform and innovation of the late decade,this paper put forward that emancipating thought,changing concept and improving the talents training functions of experiment teaching is very necessary to solve the problem of university innovation talents training.It also proposed that the experimental teaching content and methods reform and innovation is an effective way to improve the talents training functions of experimental teaching.
