The Opinion of Carboniferous Source Rocks from the Dishuiquan Formation on the Northeastern Margin of the Junggar Basin,Xingjiang

The distribution of hydrocarbon source rocks of northeast margin of carboniferous in Junggar basin are wide in East Junggar basin and abdominal area.Combining outcrop material,drilling date and seismic data,the abundance,type and maturity characteristics systematically of carboniferous hydrocarbon source rock in the northeastern margin of Junggar basin will be researched and evaluated.Tuff and sedimentary tuff are the main type of the studying area.It is a set of mature hydrocarbon source rocks which has a great organic matter abundance,which is mixed the type and composite.It has great potential of oil source.Its oil and gas are mainly distributed in the Wucaiwan depression and three spring bumps.Organic matter abundance of the hydrocarbon source rocks is given priority to medium-good type,and organic type is mainlyⅡ type.Organic matter is basically in the mature evolution stage.Fully confirmed that the northeast margin of Junggar basin of carboniferous has a set of effective hydrocarbon source rocks,and there has the realistic value of researching the carboniferous crude oil.
