Situations and Ideas of the Developm ent of Heihe City's Modern Service Industry

The government work report of the seventh session of the Eleventh People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province,January 9,2012,raises the issue of adjusting and optimizing industrial structure,enhancing the overall competitiveness of industry,and vigorously developing modern service industry.Modern service industry is the important direction of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,which also presents as the potential field in accelerating economic development in Heilongjiang Province.The modern service industry has seen a rapid development in recent years in Heihe City with some problems still existing such as low proportion of modern service industry in the industrial structure,and low level of development of the modern service industry etc.Terefore on the basis of analyzing current situations of the development of modern service industry in Heihe City,the paper proposes ideas of accelerating the development.
