Abstract
The purification of wet-process phosphoric acid was researched with chemical precipitation-solvent precipitation with ethanol as solvent and RNH2 as precipitator. The optimized process parameters were obtained:the volume ratio of ethanol to pretreatment acid 2∶ 1,solvent precipitator 3. 5% (w),reaction temperature 40 ℃,reaction time 100 min. Under the condition, the ratio of defluorination was up to 96% and the yield of phosphorus was up to 86%.
