Abstract
System models of clock synchronization, remote reading methods and bi-directional transmitting process in distributed systems are discussed. Three different clock synchronization schemes are given. Based on redundant transmitting of multiple synchronizing messages, an algorithm of clock synchronization using statistical mean is proposed. Through multiple times transmitting protocol, clocks get synchronized in a shorter period of synchronization.
