Strategic analysis of clinical care of children with pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods of pediatric pneumonia,observe and analyze the nursing effect. Methods Extract the 90 cases of pediatric pneumonia from December 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital,and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine nursing methods of pediatrics,the experimental group was treated by high-quality care on the basis of conventional nursing in pediatric,compared the nursing effect in two groups. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in therapeutic effect,the difference had statistically significant(P 0.05);The experimental group is higher than the control group in families' satisfaction to nursing work,the difference had statistically significant(P 0.05), Conclusion High quality nursing mode can improve the effect of treatment and improve families' satisfaction to nursing work in pediatric pneumonia.
