Corneal limbal autograft transplantation with conjunctival flap in the treatment of pterygium.

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of corneal limbal autograft with conjunctival flap taken by tunnel knife in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 52 cases(60eyes) with pterygium which were operated adopting pterygium combined with corneal limbal autograft with conjunctival flap.All patients had been followed up for 6～12 months,corneal limbal autograft,the epair time of donor site and recurrent rate were observed. Results Repairing time of donor site is 7-10d,corneal limbal autograft is transplant,2 eyes were recurrent,recurrent rate was 3.3%. Conclusions Corneal limbal autograft transplantation with conjunctival flap taken by tunnel knife can decrease recurrent rate of the pterygium.
