Abstract
The development of rural tourism was introduced,and environment problems with the development of rural tourism were studied.The article explained the environmental protection mechanism construction from four respects such as monitoring systems,propaganda mechanisms,public participation and market protection mechanism for ecological compensation mechanism,the mechanism of rewards and punishments and the construction of early warning mechanisms,and so on.
