Actuality and countermeasures of Shandong provencial sports public service

With the methods of document,questionnaire survey,expert interview,etc,this article analyzed the current situation of Shandong provencial sports public service,pointed out the problems and put forward the strategy.The study indicated that different measures had adopted based on the different services in the sports public service development of Shandong provence,and gained obvious result,but existed different problems,such as public's less expression of sports requirements,the development of public service losing balance,the existing sports facilities less use and the single service provision.This article put forward strategy as follows: it is based on the public needs to drawing up service decision-making,strengthen the service balanced development,make full use of the existing sports resource and innovate service provision mechanism and mode.
