The Study on Institution Problems and Reform Path of Basic Public Services between City and Countryside

Nowdays,the balanced development process of public services in urban and rural areas have been restricted by the urban- rural dual system and also the different policies implemented in urban and rural areas,as well as the policy missing. Therefore,the way of breaking urban- rural dual system,coordinating the development between urban and rural areas,reforming and completing the related policies and regulations will become the basic behavioral choices to promote and achieve the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas in China.
