Abstract
The pig feces samples were treated with 8strains which preserved in our laboratory. The removal rates of ammonia(NH3)and hydrogen sulfide(H2S)were considered as the deodorant indexes. The content of availablephosphorus was considered as the index of feces fertility after deodorization. And three strains NO.2,B1and PI were identified by the Gram stain. The results were as follows:the strains of NO.1and NO.2inhibited the releasing of NH3in the pig feces obviously, the removal rates were 56.99% and 53.31%,respectively;the strains for NO.14,B1,W-1and Dn-101inhibited the releasing of H2S in the pig feces, the removal rates were 81.64%,66.29%,65.66%and 60.13%,respectively;the strains NO.2,B1and PI increased the content of available-phosphorus,and the increasing rates were 55.59%,26.82%and 27.23%,respectively.
