QoS Guarantee in Mobile Ad hoc Networks

Abstract

Due to the bandwidth constraint and dynamic topology of mobile Ad hoc networks(MANET),it is a challenging task to support QoS(quality of service) in MANETs.This paper emphasizes some of key technologies to support QoS for MANET users.It discusses QoS model,QoS signaling,QoS routing technology,and QoS MAC(media access control) protocol.Moreover,the future research topics related to those problems were pointed out.
