Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma in centrum system:A clinicopathological analysis

Objective To know clinicopathological characteristics,therapy,prognosis of intravascular large B-cell lymphoma in centrum system.Methods The data of clinical information,pathology characteristics investigated by histology and immunohistochemical staining in a intravascular large B-cell lymphoma in centrum system was analyzed,and the relative documents were reviewed.Results The pathology characteristics was tumor cell accumulating small blood vessel and capillary vessel inner,or arounding.Abnormity cell is immunohistochemically stained,CD20 and CD79α were positive expressing,CD3 and CD45RO were negative expressing.Conclusion Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma in centrum system's prognosis is very errand,but prognosis can be improved by increasing diagnosis level or early diagnosis and treatment.
