Abstract
Sclerotinia sclerotiorum influences the yield of Brassica napus seriously. Research on pathogenic mechanism of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in oilseed rape can provide the theoretical foundation for breeding. In this paper,the research progress on etiology characteristics,pathogenic mechanism of Sclerotium sclerotium,the host response and resistance mechanism of Brassica napus to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were summarized,and the current problems and research trend on pathogenic mechanism of Sclerotium sclerotium were prospected.
