Abstract
After being extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol, crude polysaccharide is obtained from skin of Aloe vera. 4 Fractions are prepared by further purification with cellulose DEAE-52. SAPS-A is a most fraction which is made of neutral monosaccharides. From fraction SAPS-A, a purer fraction SAPS-1 is separated by sephadex G-100. The analysis of sepharose 4B, UV, IR and NMR show SAPS-1 is a 6-acetylated partially β-(1-4)-D-Mannan, whose weight is 40±2 kDa.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
