Abstract
Compared to the aroma compounds of Osmanthus in relation to oolong tea infusion, linalool was the principal aroma compound of Guihua aromatic oolong tea by solid phase microextraction(SPME). Using SPME, 52 and 57 kinds of aroma compounds of Fenghuangdancong oolong tea infusion cvs Guihua and Osmanthus and Micgelia alba were identified, whereas 3,7-dimethyl-1,5,7-octatriene-3-ol, benzaldehyde, (Z)-3-hexenyl hexanoate, methyl salicylate, geraniol, indole and α-inonone were the characteristic aromas of the Guihua aromatic oolong tea.
