Comprehensive Ability Evaluation of the Social Services for the listed Companies Based on Factor Analysis:A Case Study of 18 Listed Companies of the SSE in 2009

Abstract

With the development of the economy and technology, the social service business has involved many industries. By means of the annual statistics of 18 listed companies of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2009, this paper discusses the principle and process of evaluation of the comprehensive ability for social service of listed companies based on the factor analysis. According to a synthetic score, the paper conducts an empirical analysis of 18 listed companies, and the results show that the factor analysis is a good method to evaluate the comprehensive ability of social service listed company.
