A study of physical education teaching quality connotation and affecting factor related issues ——A discussion starting with strengthening physical education lessons

Starting with strengthening physical education lessons put forward by the 3rd plenary session of the 18thconference of the Communist Party of China, the author focused on probing into physical education teaching quality connotation, affecting factor and evaluation factor related issues, tried to clarify such concepts as physical education teaching quality and physical education teaching quality evaluation which tend to be mixed up. Physical education teaching quality is the comprehensive embodiment of physical education teaching effects, mainly composed of various objective factors which reflect students' learning effects, referring to teaching results rather than teaching processes. Physical education teaching quality evaluation is not equal to physical education teaching evaluation; physical education teaching quality affecting factors differ from physical education teaching evaluation factors. Enhancing physical education teaching quality can be started with aspects characterized by comprehensive, new, real etc, and the relativity of physical education teaching quality improvement should be fully considered.
