Abstract
Value is not a substantial but a relational category,indicating the relation between the needs of the object and the suject. It is the function and effectiveness of the object to the needs of the subject,the result of the subject's discovering and remoulding the object on the basis of knowing clearly its own needs and the property of the object. And it is created by the subject in order to meet its own needs. Value has the characteristics of objectivity,subjectivity and practicality.
