Abstract
The amidoxime chelating fiber containing Hg(Ⅱ) was prepared via chelate fiber with amidoxime group react to Hg(NO3)2 solution, and was used as an adsorbent to remove sulfate ion from aqueous solutions. The influences of the temperature, time,pH and ion concentration on the adsorption properties of sulfate were studied. The samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscope. The results show that the highest adsorption capacity of amidoxime chelating fiber containing Hg(Ⅱ) was 1.740mmol/g when the reaction temperature was 30℃,time 60min,pH=4,and sulfate ion concentration was 0.05mol/L.The characteristic adsorption was coincident with Langmuir's equation.
