Abstract

The questions existed in direct purchase for electricity and the situation that Sinosteel Jilin Carbon Co.Ltd.make a purchase for electricity are introduced and analysed.The formation history for direct purchase for electricity is retrospected simply.The definition of direct purchase for electricity,the price composition and benefit relationship are put forth.The effect of change of direct purchase for electricity on the cost of purchase for electricity enterprise is analysed.The advisement for the model of state enterprise purchasing for electricity in future is given.
