Abstract

The development trends of popularization of higher education put forward higher requirements in the management of college students,people-oriented management philosophy to become an inevitable trend.To implement people-oriented management,student management concept should be converted to establish a student-centered service system,improve the student management system,and guide students to develop self-management.
