Abstract

The database trigger is a responsive procedure when database events such as inserting,updating,or deleting are occurred.This paper presents some functions and their applications of oracle trigger,and then proposes some instances of the project to show how to use trigger of oracle 9i,and at the end of this paper,a conclusion is made to summarize its advantages and limitations.
