The Study on Management Development of Japan City Parks and Open Space

In recent years China's rapidly soaring economy has promoted the rapid construction of green open space,noticeably improving people's living environment. The process of construction and completion raises the problem of management. Park green space management will become an important topic. In 1956,Japan enacted the City Park Law to promote the development of green park space,the subsequent partial revision of which has led to a new round of park construction and management high point. Through researching the historical perspective and the development of Japanese green park space management,this paper tries to analyze and make clear its main features. It is hoped that this will become the reference for China green park space management decision-making,practice,and research.
