Abstract
The water-cynodon dactylon system was taken as key object in this study. The enrichment and transportation behavior of Cu2+,Pb2+,and Zn2+ in Cynodon dactylon were investigated by use of the dynamic simulation experiment, and the effect of combined contamination of Cu2+-Pb2+-Zn2+ on the growth of Cynodon dactylon was also studied in detail. The results showed that the low contaminations of Cu2+,Pb2+,and Zn2+ were favorable to the growth of Cynodon dactylon, but the high contaminations had a growth-inhibition effect on Cynodon dactylon.Cu2+,Pb2+ and Zn2+ in polluted water showed obvious interactive efect on the growth of Cynodon dactylon. The enrichment and transportation of heavy metal ion was mainly found in the root and culm of cynodon dactylon.Furthermore, the enrichment of heave metals in Cynodon dactylon increases with an increase in the concentrations of heave metals in polluted water. The transfer capability of heave metal in Cynodon dactylon was as follows: Pb2+ Zn2+ Cu2+.This investigation also showed that Cynodon dactylon could decrease the content of Cu2+,Pb2+ and Zn2+ in polluted water, and the Cynodon dactylon was a good plant species for the water ecosystem restoration.
