Abstract
Objective To study the effects of K562 Cells supernatant on proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cell(hUVEC). Methods hUVEC were Cocultured with K562 cells as group A.hUVEC were cultured as group B with K562 cells supernatant added into its medium.hUVEC were Cultured alone as group C.RT-PCR analysis was performed to detect the expression of cyclinE mRNA and CDK2 mRNA. Results In the group A and group B the hUVEC had high expression of cyclinE mRNA and CDK2 mRNA,while in the group C,the hUVEC exhibited a relative low expression of cyclinE mRNA and CKD2 mRNA. Conclusions Supernatant of K562 cells can promote the proliferation of hUVEC.
