Abstract
Science of complexity and scientific viewpoint of development provide a new development opportunity for discipline of systems engineering.For this reason,the proposition of science of systems engineering is put forward.According to logic of what-why-how-where,a new framework of discipline system of systems engineering is constructed,including cognitive systems engineering,theoretic systems engineering,technological systems engineering,and practical systems engineering.The new framework is then expounded in order of twelve relative topics.
