Abstract
[Objective] To extract the chlorogenic acid in different organs of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and then determine its content.[Method] Chlorogenic acid in the vine,leaves,flowers and buds of Giant Flower One honeysuckles was extracted by acid ethanol method,and then determined by HPLC.[Result] The content of chlorogenic acid was different in different organs of honeysuckles,it was higher in flowers and buds,while lower in vines and flowers;which was shown as flowers(3.798 mg/g) buds(3.795 mg/g) vines(2.558 mg/g)leaves(2.185 mg/g).[Conclusion] The veins and leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb.could be used as the materials for developing medical resources,
