Abstract
Objective;Establish the real-time quantitative RT-PCR method for detecting the gene expression of mechano growth factor(MGF).Methods:The MGF gene expression in gastrocnemius was detected by the real-time quantitative RT-PCR method.Results;The MGF mRNA expression in gastrocnemius could be absolutely measured by the real-time quantitative RT-PCR method with the correlation coefficient(r0.99).
