Abstract
This paper designs a fieldbus-based digital intelligent instrument to achieve the acquisition control and signal transmission of industrial object parameters.The intelligent instrument takes PIC16F877 as the core,with CAN communication circuits,signal conditioning circuitry,the keyboard module,industrial displays and other hardware.The code module of the instrument consists of digital control algorithm,scale conversion,automatic compensation and correction function and other intelligent software module.Engineering applications shows that the system is compact,stable and anti-interference.
