Abstract

The network has been a main channel through which people access information.But the network bandwidth restricts the speed of information transmission.Therefore,streaming media which is a means of streaming transmission came into being and developed rapidly.It is widely used today all over the world.This article mainly elaborates on streaming media technology and the ways to be implemented.It also introduces a specific method of streaming media and its applicationsunder networwork environment.
