Abstract

Application of three-parameter Weibull distribution in fitti and ESTIMATE Parameters for some machinery Parts with property of loss failure can be more precision.Three Parameter Weibull distribution can show more actual reliability of the Products than two-Parameter Weibull distribution.Which will make great directive sense to the manufacture and application of the productions.The paper introduces the method of parameter estimation and practical examples.
