Abstract
Objective:Analysis of CT examination on acute pancreatitis and Promotion of diagnosis level. Method:Retrospective analysis and evaluation of 30 confirmed acute pancreatitis patients. Results:of the 30 patients, 25 are acute and hydropigenous pancreatitis, 5 are hemorrhagic and necrotizing pancreatitis, all are approved by clinic and lab inspection and abdominocentesis. Conclusion:with a display rate of 98%, CT not only has an approved diagnosis to acute pancreatitis, but also has an ability to judge it's range, level and other complication. The puncture, hamespasia, and drainage can be operated under the guidance of the CT diagnosis result, which is the main method in diagnosing acute pancrreatitis so far.
