Abstract

Some principles of designing the digital low pass filter for harmonic detection are introduced, according to the basic theory of IIR filters and using direct form Ⅱ,a Butterworth digital low pass filter which is high precision and the high real-time is designed. The performance of the filter is analyzed, and the feasibility of the filter is proved.
