Problems in Rural Basic Education Informatization Construction Application

Rural basic education informatization is the foundation for teaching quality of basic education in rural areas to take off, is the basic symbol of China achieved education modernization. Research rural basic education informatization issues, improve the school environment, integrate rural education resources, enhance the application level of rural informatization have important theoretical and practical significance for implementing quality education, promoting educational equity, shortening the gap between cities and towns,reflecting social justice, promoting rural development and building a harmonious society. This paper made a number of observations and recommendations for current status of rural primary and secondary education information for reference.
