Thinking of property rights system of natural resources in China

Abstract

Based on the analyses of the function of property rights and its relationship with environmental problems,it is suggested that we must change our property rights system in order to solve the inefficient utilization of natural resources and the environment problems concerned.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a multi-ownership property rights system based on national ownership of important natural resources and private ownership of some unimportant natural resources.
