Abstract

The principle and methods of cave -deposit analysis are presented in this paper. The climatic and hydrodynamic environment background of karst cave development can be rebuilt and the forming era can be dated through the research into cave deposit. Based on the analysis, the law of karst development is discussed and reliable evidence about engineering evaluation is provided.
