This paper makes a study of design of.net-based three-layer-structure distributed system.The related concepts of distributed system are described at first,after that,the.net three-layer-structure is explained.Lastly,taking the design of.net-based distributed management system of enterprise personnel as exemple,the design of distributed system is analyzed.
