Exploring Humanity from the View of Ethics:Tradition and Modernity

The question of humanity is the basic problem of the eastern and western philosophy,especially the moral philosophy.From the ethical perspective of the East-West traditional cognition about humanity,this paper describes the differences of the various awareness of humanity,proposing the limitations of the traditional theory of Humanity,and on this basis,pointing out that the social biology is the possible path of human cognition.
