Study on New Product for Controlling Mikania micrantha

Abstract

As an invasive species from the central and south America,Mikania micrantha had caused serious damages to the health of forest in South China.Based on its biological characteristics,several high active plant components from compositae were studied to control the M.micrantha.An effective and eco-friendly herbicide named Zi-Weiqing was got.Experiences in laboratory and in fields showed that it should be developed for further application.
