A Preliminary Study on the Wild Vegetable Resource in Hebei Province

This study is about the resource of wild vegetable resources in Hebei Province.Based on primary investigation,the results indicates that there are 180 species of familiar wild vegetables in Hebei Province,belonging to 67 families.According to method of processing and edible characteristics and utilizable value,the wild vegetable plants in Hebei Province are classified.In the end of this paper,the ways of proper uses are illuminated,and the scientific foundations for developing wild vegetables are pointed out.
